Most consultancy firms and agencies know exactly what they need to automate. The problem isn't lack of ideas, it's that building automations has always been too slow or too expensive to justify. So good ideas stay ideas. We talked to dozens of ops and innovation leaders at consultancies. They all mentioned the same handful of automations they wish they had: Proposal generation. CV triage. CRM updates. Client reporting. Meeting notes. Every single one is high-frequency, low-complexity, pure overhead. And economically viable to automate, if the cost of building wasn't so high. So we documented the top 5, with time savings and descriptions: 👉 https://lnkd.in/ekNFfFSN What if describing the requirement was enough to get a running process? That's what we're building at Codika.

How do you find the balance between automation and personalization in a professional services firm, particularly a firm like indinero that embraces the impact of technology? Client experience is about building trust, and I've learned this goes beyond personal outreach. A great client experience can include: > A seamless onboarding that uses Hubspot automation to provide process updates to clients, schedule meetings and track progress. > An intuitive and safe data exchange with automated reminders through the indinero Exchange. > Internal workflow tools that create engagement connectivity between sales, accounting, tax and client experience. > Integrated AI that streamlines processes and makes relevant data accessible and concise when decisions are being made. With 17 years in consulting, my DNA is hardwired to reach out, to personalize, to meet. I have learned to embrace the importance of leveraging automation to build efficiencies and automate routine work. My favorite part? It gives time back to our busy entrepreneurial clients and allows our team to focus on connecting, listening and advising as a true partner.

Automation isn’t a luxury anymore it’s a survival strategy. Every serious business should have systems that: Reply instantly to customers, Capture and follow up with leads automatically, and Turn raw data into decisions without manual effort. These aren’t “nice to haves.” They’re the backbone of efficiency in 2025. Start with these 3 systems every business should automate: - Customer support – instant responses via chatbots or voice assistants. - Lead management – smart workflows that qualify and follow up automatically. - Data reporting – dashboards that turn daily actions into real insights. When you automate smartly, your business runs even when you’re offline. 🥳 I just launched a new n8n automation gig on Fiverr to help you build those exact systems. Check it out and place an order to get your flow automated and running smoothly. https://lnkd.in/e2gUBdg6

The difference between a Process Map and a Wish List? One is the foundation for a successful project, the other is the blueprint for a failed one. Many automation projects are destined to fail because they start with a wish list of features. This approach focuses on what the software can do, not what the business actually needs, leading to poor adoption and a negative return on investment. My Process First methodology is the antidote. I never start by discussing technology, I start by collaborating with you to build a detailed, accurate process map. This map is a diagnostic tool, not a wish list. It allows me to analyse your true workflow, identify the root cause of the friction and design a solution that fits your business perfectly. This methodical approach removes risk from the entire engagement, ensuring the final, forged solution delivers a clear, measurable outcome. When evaluating a new project, how do you distinguish between a partner selling you features and one offering a genuine, process led solution? #ProcessFirst #BusinessAutomation #DigitalTransformation #UKBusiness #Efficiency

The most important thing I’ve learned working with automation tools: It’s not about replacing people, it’s about freeing them to focus on strategy. When I first started building automations in GoHighLevel, I thought the goal was efficiency. You know, fewer tasks, fewer hours, fewer mistakes. But here’s what I’ve realized over time Automation doesn’t replace your team. It empowers them. It takes the repetitive stuff, follow-ups, reminders, lead updates, off their plate… so they can focus on what actually drives growth: → Building client relationships → Improving offers → Testing campaigns → Innovating When you use GoHighLevel right, your automations work quietly in the background while your team does the thinking, the creating, and the connecting. That’s not replacement, that’s evolution. The future of business isn’t man or machine. It’s man + machine. PS. I’m passionate about working with AI-powered marketing teams that value initiative, learning, and growth. If you’re building something big and need someone who thinks ahead, stays organized, and keeps clients happy — let’s connect. #GoHighLevel #AutomationAgency #BusinessAutomation #MarketingAutomation #WorkflowAutomation #CRMTools

How did the structured teaching methods in REi automate, specifically regarding deal analysis and scripts, aid in closing deals? It appears having a way to present information consistently, like through triage calls and perfect presentations, is beneficial. However, the most impactful aspect seems to be diligent follow-up. Maintaining organized tracking of communications and outstanding tasks proves crucial in nurturing leads and ultimately securing successful deals for our client. #realestate #dealanalysis #salesstrategy #followup #automation

One of the issues I notice businesses struggle with is spending hours moving deals (or leads) manually across the pipeline. And this Deals Management System, built in Airtable, can help change that. With two core tables: ➜ New Deals Table: where leads come in from forms. ➜ Pipeline Table: where deals are managed through their pipeline stages. These tables are linked, and here's where it gets efficient: The buttons added in the interface trigger automations without the need to dig through the database. ➜ The Reject Button: One click updates the deal's pipeline stage and decision intake stage, creates a new record in the pipeline table, and sends a rejection email automatically. ➜ The Accept Button: One click updates the deal's pipeline stage to "Accepted," sets the decision intake stage to "Pending Scheduling," creates a new record in the pipeline table, and moves everything forward seamlessly. The interface includes a Record List View and a Pipeline View, so you can see new deals and their pipeline stages at a glance No manual entry, no human errors. Just buttons that run the automation for you. The setup is simple and scalable for coaching businesses, real estate companies, recruiting firms, or any business that moves deals, leads, or candidates across a pipeline. Need a similar setup done for your business? Or need help optimizing your existing Airtable database to work with your business processes? Feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to help. Thanks to Fike Adaba detailed hands-on via Witty Automation Academy, I’ve not only gained solid automation skills, but my crucial thinking ability has improved. Do you think this setup could help businesses save time? Rolling out automation isn’t just about choosing the right tech, but about deeply understanding the people who will use it. In non-IT environments like manufacturing, your users aren’t sitting at desks all day. They’re on the move, managing machinery, talking to customers, or solving problems in the field. That’s why empathy is step one. Before building anything, watch how they work. Understand their routines. Speak their language. This article from Triggre shares 6 thoughtful considerations for making automation work in these real-world settings. It’s a great reminder: successful automation starts with people, not features. I wrote this article about mapping workflows before you automate. The idea is simple: capture the current steps, visualize the flow, confirm owners, and define outcomes before tools. In practice, this approach reveals bottlenecks, handoffs, and opportunities for automation that deliver real value. The post shares a practical method you can apply: document the present state, create a clear diagram, validate with stakeholders, and set measurable goals. When you start from a map, automation projects stay aligned with business needs, cut rework, and speed up adoption. I also call out common pitfalls and tips to keep the focus on outcomes. For teams weighing automation, this perspective helps design smarter processes and achieve faster, sustainable results. https://lnkd.in/esAqmy9K
