Deborah Hart is a special needs teacher at Marvin Sedway Middle School.

Humble is how colleagues would describe her, and true to her nature, Hart immediately acknowledged the aide who's been with her side for 10 years.
"I'm just the person steering the car," she said. "But everyone else is there to change the tires and put gas in my tank."
