The first tenants have been announced for a $55 million retail complex planned for Henderson's Green Valley Ranch area.

Several eateries and retailers will open locations at The Cliff, a 100,000-square-foot complex converted from two office buildings, according to developer CAST.

Arhaus, a home furnishing brand, will serve as an anchor tenant, occupying nearly 16,000 square feet. Its lease is pending standard development milestones.

The tenant lineup also includes wellness retailers Next Health and Lyte House. Next Health offers retail and beauty services like IV therapy and aesthetic services, and Lyte Huse serves functional supplement mixtures.

On the dining side are The Taco Stand, Killer Whale Creamery and The Barista Botanist.

Groundbreaking is expected early next year, and the first openings are slated for late 2026.
