Rio Las Vegas announces opening date for Popular LA-based breakfast restaurant

Las Vegas (KSNV) — The Rio Hotel & Casino is gearing up to welcome its new food concept this month.
On Wednesday, casino officials announced that Eggslut will debut on Friday, December 19.
This marks the latest addition to the resort’s refreshed restaurant collection, as well as Eggslut's first off-Strip location.
The gourmet food concept began in 2011 as a food truck that traveled the streets of Los Angeles.
The menu later expanded beyond the city, featuring signature items such as cage-free egg sandwiches and a popular dish called 'Slut,' a coddled egg served over silky potato purée, accompanied by baguette slices.
Additionally, sides such as truffle hash browns and buttermilk biscuits are offered.
Once opened, fans can stop by for breakfast and lunch daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
