Residents voice concerns and praise for Craig Ranch Park in North Las Vegas

Residents of North Las Vegas are calling for improvements at Craig Ranch Park, expressing a desire for more family-friendly activities and better maintenance.

"I would like to see more programs or activities for children or families, more theater in the park activities," said one resident, suggesting that the city could help facilitate these changes.

Another resident highlighted the issue of litter, stating, "Every time I come here to the park, there is trash everywhere that I am picking up."

Concerns about traffic safety were also raised, with a resident urging for "more speed limit enforcement, specifically on places like Ann and Washburn," noting the danger to pedestrians and children within the area.

Despite these concerns, residents also shared what they appreciate about their community.

One resident praised the park's size and sense of community, saying, "I do love this park. I love the size of it, I love how big it is and the sense of community."

Another resident enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the dog park, stating, "Honestly, the people. I’ve met a lot of nice people here at the dog park."

The city of North Las Vegas has responded to our inquires and says that they are working on working on a response.
